Since October 2023, Christine Berg has been Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at Beiersdorf AG. In this role, she is responsible for the global procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services. Berg has over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. She previously held leadership positions at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA and Bayer AG.
As CPO, Berg is focused on driving innovation and sustainability in procurement. She is also working to strengthen relationships with suppliers and build a more agile and resilient supply chain. "I am excited to join Beiersdorf and lead the procurement function into the future," said Berg. "I am confident that we can make a significant contribution to the company's success." Christine Berg succeeds Andreas Clausen, who retired on September 30, 2023.
