Conley Returns Nowell Anderson Out

Injured Timberwolves Preview Game 6

Conley Returns; Nowell, Anderson Out

Minnesota Trails 3-2 in Series

The Minnesota Timberwolves will be without two key players for Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors. Patrick Beverley (calf) and Rudy Gobert (knee) have been ruled out. Anthony Edwards (ankle) is questionable.

The good news for the Timberwolves is that Mike Conley (knee) is expected to return to the lineup after missing Game 5. Conley has been a key player for the Timberwolves this season, averaging 10.4 points and 7.3 assists per game.

The Timberwolves will need to find a way to replace the production of Beverley and Gobert if they want to win Game 6 and force a Game 7. Beverley is one of the team's best defenders, and Gobert is a key rebounder and shot-blocker.

The Warriors are favored to win Game 6 and close out the series at home. However, the Timberwolves have shown a lot of resilience this season, and they will be hoping to force a Game 7 on their home court.
